Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced International Sales Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's global reach and building strong relationships with international clients. This role requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
  • Attending international trade shows and industry events to represent the company and promote its products.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with international clients.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proven experience in international sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
